Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order then you need to contact our Customer Support Team at hello@realcraze.in or reach us at our customer care number: +91-74 6005 5005 as soon as possible with your Order ID / Invoice Number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Customers are liable to cancel the order within 8 hours of placing the order and refund can be claimed within 7-8 working days.

Return / Refund Policy

All products, sold by REAL CRAZE can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item(s).

Conditions for return:

• All items must have the original security tag and label, Also it must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
• Our team will check the product before approving it for replacement or return.
• Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
• All requests for return of product have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after 7 days from receipt of item(s).
• If there is any manufacturing defect.

If product that you have received is defective or faulty, you can send us a mail on hello@realcraze.in. We will offer you exchange with similar product and in case same design or same product is not available in our stock then we will provide you with store credit of equivalent amount depending on the nature of the return.
