If you wish to cancel your order then you need to contact our Customer Support Team at or reach us at our customer care number: +91-74 6005 5005 as soon as possible with your Order ID / Invoice Number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Customers are liable to cancel the order within 8 hours of placing the order and refund can be claimed within 7-8 working days.

Return / Refund Policy

All products, sold by REAL CRAZE can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item(s).

Conditions for return:

  • All items must have the original security tag and label, Also it must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
